This heartwarming and hilarious show tells the story of an unlikely hero who learns to embrace who he is while helping others do the same. With themes of self-acceptance, friendship, and the power of love, Shrek is a perfect fit for our Catholic community. Its humor, charm, and powerful message remind us that each of us is beautifully and wonderfully made by God – and that our unique gifts are meant to be celebrated and shared.

 

With the help of Dr. Heidi Maier and our performing arts team, we received a $10,000 Performing Arts grant which will allow us to elevate our program: from a professionally designed set to dazzling costumes, lighting, sound, and Playbill, this year’s production promises to amaze! Most importantly, it will allow our performers to showcase their God-given talents and shine brightly on stage.
