Admissions
Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School!
Should you desire more information than is available on our school’s website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, please call us at (727) 733-3776 to schedule a visit. We would love to meet you and give you a tour of our school and campus.
How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child’s application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $70 must be submitted with each application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Ashley Kalyan at akalyan@myoll.com or call (727) 733-3776.
Our Lady of Lourdes School admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Our Lady of Lourdes School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Continuous Enrollment
Last school year, OLL implemented the FACTS Continuous Enrollment. This means all school families will be automatically re-enrolled for the new school year unless a family specifically opts-out (not returning). Therefore, the Registration Fee of $375.00 (per family) will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account (via FACTS) in February. The Program Fee of $300.00 (per child) will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account (via FACTS) in May.
If your family wishes to opt-out (not return for the new school year), you must complete the opt-out form on or before February 15 – please email Ashley Kalyan for the form.

Tuition Payment Policy
Tuition payments are paid in one of three ways, depending on the family’s preference:
1) Annual: Due on or before July 15th (3% discount given for payment in full)
2) Semi-Annual: Due July 16th and December 16th
3) 10-Month or 12-Month Plan via FACTS – an automatic withdrawal plan. Tuition payments and schedules are set up on www.factsmgt.com. All families choosing an extended payment plan are required to initiate an online Tuition Payment Agreement via FACTS.
FACTS works with schools across the country to provide tuition management services that make education more affordable. Through our programs, parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children.
FACTS also provides the technology and communication so you can connect with your student and school easily and on your schedule. Check grades, pay for lunch, and stay in the know on everything going on at your school with FACTS Family Portal.
Tuition Assistance
Families in need of tuition assistance may pursue grants, scholarships, and financial aid from various sources.
Step 1: Apply online at www.factsmgt.com to be considered for any financial assistance. This must be done by April 1st in order to be eligible for those scholarship opportunities that have an April deadline.
Step 2: Once you have submitted your application to www.factsmgt.com, a committee will review your information to determine if you are eligible for any outside assistance (Mary C. Forbes Scholarship, George and Mary Kremer Grant). They will also make recommendations for our in-house assistance, including the Donoghue and Huff Scholarships, as well as the Catholic Foundation Tuition Aid Grant Program.
Step 3: Determine your eligibility for Step Up For Students and the Family Empowerment Scholarship – income based scholarships for families who have a child/children entering Kindergarten through 12th grade. For more information, see their website at www.stepupforstudents.org. If your child currently receives this scholarship, you must re-apply.
Any family who receives tuition assistance will be asked to sign a covenant with the school. This Covenant Letter will be presented to those families by the school principal.
Please contact the School Bookkeeper, Mrs. Dina Englert, at denglert@myoll.com or call (727) 733-3776 to learn more about financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
